I joined Bush Heritage 8 years ago after 10 years with a major IT company in Digital Media. I help manage our CRM (Blackbaud) database for our major gifts and bequest teams, but also work on database configuration and reporting. This lead to an interest in PowerBI and lead to me take the edX course last year. I'm very excited to see the development of the software and how it can assist NFP's, and particularly conservation organisations, to report on their outcomes.
